By accessing or using The Scripture Nook (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms are maintained by The Scripture Nook and may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Scripture Nook is an independent faith-based brand offering personalized scripture experiences, written devotionals, and (when launched) physical and digital goods designed to keep the Word close in everyday life.

The Find a Verse tool generates a Bible verse, short study, and prayer based on the name and topic you provide. Responses are produced with the help of artificial intelligence and are intended for personal reflection and encouragement only.

While we have written careful instructions to keep the output Scripture-rooted and pastoral, AI-generated text can occasionally contain inaccuracies. The tool is not a substitute for Scripture itself, pastoral counsel, professional mental-health care, or medical advice. Please cross-reference the verse in your own Bible and seek qualified help in moments of crisis.

Devotionals, articles, and other written content on the Site are provided for personal spiritual encouragement. You may share short excerpts with attribution and a link back to thescripturenook.com. You may not republish full devotionals, reproduce them in books or paid products, or use them to train machine-learning models without our written permission.

Scripture quotations are drawn from publicly available translations. Where translations require attribution, that attribution appears with the quotation.

When you submit your email through our Scripture Letter signup, you agree to receive occasional reflection emails and updates from The Scripture Nook. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We do not sell or rent email addresses.

Once our shop is live, purchases will be subject to additional terms presented at checkout, including pricing, shipping, returns, and digital-product delivery. Payments will be processed by a third-party provider (Stripe). We are not responsible for failures, delays, or errors caused by third-party payment, hosting, or fulfillment providers.

You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or that interferes with the Site’s normal operation. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, scrape at scale, overload, or otherwise misuse the Find a Verse tool or our infrastructure.

We reserve the right to rate-limit, suspend, or restrict access to any user we reasonably believe is violating these Terms.

All original written content, devotionals, brand marks, designs, photography, and code on the Site are the property of The Scripture Nook unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them for commercial purposes without written permission.

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure from every threat, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for every situation.

Nothing on this Site is intended as medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or pastoral counseling advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Scripture Nook and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, including any reliance placed on AI-generated content or devotional material.
